The Travel Guard “World’s Unluckiest Traveler” Promotion is open until November 7, 2024, offering participants the opportunity to share their worst travel mishaps for a chance to win cash prizes and other rewards. The contest started on September 3, 2024, and entries will be accepted until October 15, 2024, at 11:59:59 PM CDT.
Participants can submit a video or a photo with a corresponding story detailing their most unfortunate travel experiences. The submission must include the entrant’s full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and country and state/province of residence. Only one entry per person or email address is permitted. Once the submission period ends, finalists will be selected to compete for the Grand Prize.
The Grand Prize includes $10,000 USD. There are also three runner-up prizes: the second-place winner will receive $5,000 USD, the third-place winner will get $3,000 USD, and the fourth-place winner will receive luggage valued at $1,500 USD. The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $19,500 USD.
