To enter, go to http://www.florahealth.com/giveaway each Day during the Promotion Period and follow the directions to enter by providing your first name, last name, and email address. Upon submitting a completed online entry form you will receive one entry into the Promotion. Each entry will only be for the drawing conducted the same Day as the entry was provided.
The prizes for each day are as follows:
