Free Rides on NJ TRANSIT from August 26 to September 2
Governor Phil Murphy has declared a fare holiday for all NJ TRANSIT customers, starting on August 26 and ending on September 2, 2024. During this period, fares will be waived, allowing passengers to travel for free across the entire NJ TRANSIT network. This initiative serves as a gesture of appreciation to the loyal customers of the transit system.
Passengers can take advantage of this fare holiday on all modes of transportation provided by NJ TRANSIT, including buses, trains, and light rail services.
