The Schwinn October Birthday Bike Giveaway, hosted by Pacific Cycle Inc, will end on October 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM Central Time. Participants have the opportunity to win one of three Schwinn® Altura 2.5 Mountain Bikes, each with an MSRP of $639.99.
The combined verifiable retail value of the prizes totals $1,919.97. Winners will not receive any cash compensation if the actual retail value is different from the estimated amount. There is no cash substitute for the prize, except as determined by the sponsor. The prize is also non-transferable, although the sponsor reserves the right to provide a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the winners. If the prize value exceeds $600, winners will receive an IRS Form 1099. Legal conditions and documentation required by the sponsor must be completed before the delivery of the bike. The sponsor is not responsible for lost or stolen prize packs.
