The Great American Blueberry Challenge Launches with $13,000 in Prizes
An innovative social media contest is set to highlight the versatility of blueberries. The Great American Blueberry Challenge, scheduled to run from July 1 to July 31, 2024, encourages participants to showcase imaginative ways of eating blueberries through short Instagram videos.
The contest rules specify that videos should be no longer than 30 seconds and feature only the participant, with pets allowed. Contestants are required to use conventional blueberries, with frozen options permitted as long as they are not wild blueberries.
Following the entry period, a judging phase will take place from August 1 to August 7, 2024. The contest organizers plan to announce winners on or around August 16, 2024, subject to potential changes at their discretion.
The challenge offers substantial rewards, with a grand prize of $10,000 and three runner-up prizes of $1,000 each. To participate, contestants must follow @blueberries on Instagram and include specific tags and the hashtag #BlueberryChallengeContest in their post.
