UBELAND Day One: A Celebration of Filipino Cuisine at Smorgasburg Williamsburg
Smorgasburg Williamsburg will host UBELAND Day One, a grand celebration of Filipino cuisine and culture, on Saturday, June 15 at 90 Kent Avenue, Brooklyn, NY. This year’s UBELAND event marks an expansion of the collaboration between Smorgasburg and Philippines Fest, promising a larger and more vibrant celebration. The focus is on ube, the purple yam that is a culinary staple in the Philippines and has gained international popularity.
